Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

  • Operate office equipment.
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • Make meeting presentations for General Manager.
  • Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and monitor guest comments analysing feedback and ensuring timely response and follow-up on guest comments.
  • Monitor, audit, and evaluate service quality across all departments in line with Six Senses brand standards and LQA criteria.
  • Conduct regular quality and sustainability audits, prepare reports, and propose action plans for improvement.
  • Support departmental leaders in developing corrective actions and tracking progress on improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability team to uphold Earth Lab initiatives and community engagement programs.
  • Assist with mystery guest audits, pre-opening standards, and operational readiness evaluations.
  • Lead by example, maintaining a visible presence and embodying Six Senses' purpose of reconnecting people with themselves, others, and the world around them.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year Admin Assistance experience at a resort, hotel or similar setting.
  • Minimum 2 3 years experience in a quality, guest experience, or rooms division role in a luxury or lifestyle resort environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and guest feedback platforms (e.g., ReviewPro, Medallia, TrustYou).
  • Fluent in English: I understand that additional languages are preferred,
