Administrative Officer Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company Limited Mid -east Branch

Manage all external liaison work with the Free Zone authorities and relevant institutions. Support daily administrative and logistic operations, including procurement of office and living supplies, facility maintenance, vehicle and driver management. Assist with passport, visa, and driving license management for company staff in the Middle East region. Handle the renewal and amendment of business licenses for the Middle East and Iran branches. Coordinate with service providers for residence maintenance and ensure smooth operation of staff accommodations. Support ERP data entry and related administrative processes.
