Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the office.

Set-up and maintain a comprehensive filing system.

Write memos, letters and reports using MS Word.

Generate spreadsheets, and database reports using MS Excel.

Prepare and disseminate confidential correspondences internally and externally.

Take and document minutes of meetings; Greet and direct visitors (including VIPs).

Resolve routine administrative problems and answer inquiries concerning activities, and operations of department/division.

Accept, screen, and route telephone calls.

Maintain log of inquiries on various matters as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule and attend confidential management and board meetings, prepare agendas, and transcribe or distribute minutes.

Researches and compiles data, meets or liaisons with individuals and groups inside or outside of the company on behalf of the executive, and has a role in establishing and coordinating the implementation of company administrative policies.
