Roles & Responsibilities

  • Convert inquiries into enrollments through consultative sales approach

  • Manage full admissions cycle from initial contact to enrollment confirmation

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system

  • Respond to inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp)

  • Develop and execute follow-up strategies for warm leads

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
