Role: Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer

As an Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and play a vital role in guiding them toward the right academic and career choices. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and a results-driven mindset to ensure an exceptional student experience while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Career Guidance & Counseling

• Engage with prospective students and their families to understand aspirations and recommend suitable academic programs.
• Provide clear, comprehensive information that builds trust and inspires interest in our offerings.

Student Lifecycle Management & Admissions

• Manage the complete student journey: prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation,

and ongoing support.

• Drive conversions by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various programs.

Compliance & Internal Processes

• Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities.

Effective Communication & Engagement

• Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, both online and offline.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism to maximize conversion rate.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any domain)
• English communication is mandatory
• Should have a valid passport
