Advanced Life Support Instructor (BLS, ACLS, PALS & other Courses) Prime Wellness Training Institute

Prime Wellness Training Institute is seeking an experienced and passionate Advanced Life Support Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in delivering high-quality training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and other critical courses.

This role plays a vital role in equipping healthcare professionals with life-saving skills and fostering excellence in emergency response training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based training sessions for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other courses in compliance with AHA and ASHI guidelines.
• Assess participants' performance, providing constructive feedback to ensure skill mastery.
• Develop and update course materials to reflect the latest protocols and best practices.
• Manage and maintain training equipment, ensuring a hands-on, professional learning environment.
• Collaborate with the training team to enhance program quality and participant satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and certifications.
• Serve as a role model in professional conduct, communication, and clinical expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current certification as an AHA and ASHI Instructor in BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc. (Mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience teaching advanced life support courses in Dubai, UAE.
• Background in healthcare or emergency medical services (e.g., nurse, paramedic, physician) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using medical simulation equipment and training technology.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different participant skill levels.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
