Roles & Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Assist in managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.

Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and relaying messages.

Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings by preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and distributing materials.

Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

Travel Arrangements: Assist in coordinating travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality is maintained.

Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.

Support for Projects: Assist with various projects as needed, providing administrative support and conducting research when required.

General Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
