span>As a Wellness Experience Agent, your main priority is to warmly welcome guests via all means of contact points and be knowledgeable on all products and services offered at the facility. As the face of the spa, you have first contact with guests, so need to have a naturally engaging, approachable and professional demeanor and act with emotional intelligence when consulting with guests about their personal information. You will display strong task management skills as you seamlessly coordinate and communicate guests requests and movement within the facility and deliver a 5 star guest experience. span>It is essential that you have previous experience in either a high-end day spa, resort or hotel spa, or alternatively, prior work history in front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations or similar environment. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class spa experience. Computer literacy is imperative, and fluency in English is a must. /span> /p>
