Roles & Responsibilities

Overall Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the organization s adoption of agile principles and practices across teams and departments

  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to enhance agile maturity and skills

  • Assess team performance and provide actionable feedback to improve agility and delivery outcomes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile processes with organizational objectives and business priorities

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process optimizations

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and planning sessions to foster collaboration and transparency

  • Measure and report on agile adoption success and team performance progress to leadership

Technical Skills (By Category)

  • Frameworks and Practices: Scrum, Kanban, Lean (Essential), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), LeSS (Preferred)

  • Tools: JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Miro (Preferred)

  • Development Processes: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps principles (Preferred)

  • Conduct agile assessments and maturity evaluations across teams and functions

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build agile expertise

  • Provide ongoing mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members

  • Track and report on agile adoption metrics, team improvement, and transformation progress

  • Collaborate with management to identify barriers and implement solutions for agile process adoption

  • Act as a change agent to foster a mindset of continuous improvement and adaptability within teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Required: JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar agile facilitation/mentoring role

  • Hands-on experience in coaching organizations within the telecom sector or related industries

  • Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide agile transformations and improvements

  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams, utilizing tools like JIRA and Trello

  • Demonstrated ability to influence culture change and improve team performance through agile practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar certifications preferred

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in agile practices and industry trends
