AI Ethics Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Ethics Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide guidance on the ethical development and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions. This is a critical role that will help us ensure that our AI systems are fair, transparent, and unbiased.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Ethics Framework Development: Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks that align with industry standards and best practices.

2. AI System Audits: Conduct audits of AI systems to identify potential biases and ethical concerns.

3. Ethics Guidance: Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on AI ethics and responsible AI development.

4. Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures for AI ethics and responsible AI development.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulators, on AI ethics and responsible AI development.

6. Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in AI ethics and responsible AI development.

7. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs on AI ethics and responsible AI development.

Requirements:

1. Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI development, or related field.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of AI ethics principles, AI system development, and data analysis.

4. Certifications: Certifications in AI ethics, such as the Certified AI and Ethics Professional (CAEP), are a plus.
