What You ll Do

* Develop and implement air freight sales strategies that align with business targets
* Identify new sales leads and convert them into long-term clients
* Maintain and grow existing customer accounts with personalized logistics solutions
* Coordinate closely with operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
* Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
* Stay updated on air freight regulations, market pricing, and competitor activity
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in air freight sales or logistics business development
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently, meet revenue targets, and manage time effectively
* Valid UAE driving license required
* Age between 30 to 50 preferred
* Strategic thinker with a focus on results and customer relationships
