Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust and efficient Android applications.

  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into functional app features.

  • Write clean, well-structured, and testable code.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure application performance and stability.

  • Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with unit and UI testing.

  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

  • Open-source contributions.

  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

  • Experience with publishing apps on the Google Play Store.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Android app development.

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.

  • In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, NDK, and related tools.

  • Experience with Android UI/UX design principles and best practices.

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.

  • Experience with version control systems (Git).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
