Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom software applications and interfaces based on business needs.

• Conduct application testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure reliability.

• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure full compliance with CBUAE technology guidelines, security policies, and cybersecurity frameworks.

• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing applications to improve performance and user experience.

• Monitor application performance and resolve issues to ensure business continuity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE financial sector or within CBUAE-regulated environments.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the following systems:

1. Central Bank Payment Systems – ICCS, DDS, FTS, WPS

2. AEP Payment System (AANI)

3. AECB Credit Bureau System

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in .NET development

o Strong SQL scripting and database management knowledge

• Ability to work in a regulated financial environment with strict security and compliance requirements.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
