Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A. Education

ATM/CDM/ITM Aptra activate/Aptra vision/ATMX knowledge

Web Services

Server OS ( Linux, Windows) basic operation knowledge

SQL knowledge.

Minimum Graduation in IT and Computer science.

Experience in troubleshooting ATM/CDM Aptra activate Application and production support

  • Extensive experience with payment systems like payment gateways, ATM switches
  • Ability to manage and support multiple applications.
  • interested in finding the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible workarounds.

B. Knowledge & Skills

Technical

  • Strong knowledge and troubleshootingspan experience in ATM/CDM/ITM aptra activate applications
  • Min 3 to 6 Years Experience in ATM/CDM Application Production support in Banking/financial domain.
  • Very good Knowledge in ATM/CDM software/hardware and transactions flows
  • Ability to read logs & trouble shoot ATM/CDM production issues
  • ATM/CDM Networking knowledge
  • Extensive Knowledge of taxonomies (IaaS, PaaS & SaaS) and Data exchange language (JSON , XML)
  • Knowledge of ISO8583 & switching standards.
  • Knowledge of APIs ecosystem and agile delivery principals.
  • Knowledge of Micro services with nominal knowledge of Mongo DB
  • Knowledge of SQL server.
  • Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
  • Interested to work on Production Support and root cause investigations.
  • Should be interested in finding the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible workarounds.
