Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Oracle ERP / Applications expert with strong techno-functional leadership?
you’ll oversee enterprise business systems, drive process improvement, and lead innovation across multiple business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and administer enterprise business applications (Oracle E-Biz, .NET, SharePoint, BI).
  • Lead functional & technical teams in system design, development, and support.
  • Enhance financial & accounting application processes and controls.
  • Drive system upgrades, integrations, and database management in collaboration with DBAs.
  • Implement data analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure system security, backups, and user training.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification :
� Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related field.
� 10+ years of experience in application management & ERP systems (at least 7 in a leadership role).
� Strong technical background in Oracle ERP, APEX, SQL/PLSQL, BI reporting, and SDLC processes.
� Hands-on experience with deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
� Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
