Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy AI solutions for enterprise clients in finance, real estate, and government sectors
  • Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to model deployment and monitoring
  • Integrate LLM capabilities into existing enterprise workflows and applications
  • Develop Arabic-English bilingual AI solutions for regional market needs
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept development for client engagements
  • Optimize AI models for performance, cost, and compliance with regional data regulations
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of applied AI/ML engineering experience
  • Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LLM frameworks
  • Experience deploying ML models in production using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of AI application development for business process automation
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Arabic NLP and multilingual models
  • Knowledge of UAE data protection regulations
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East market
