Overview

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage native-level Arabic speakers for a short-term remote project.

This role focuses on evaluating conversational Arabic for cultural fluency, creativity, and linguistic accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assess conversational Arabic for appropriateness, fluency, and creativity.
Provide feedback on written and spoken Arabic across varied contexts.
Collaborate with teams to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
Stay updated with modern Arabic slang, idioms, and cultural nuances.
Evaluate use of digital/virtual platforms for Arabic content delivery.

Ideal Candidate

Native-level fluency in Arabic.
Strong cultural expertise in Arabic norms and communication styles.
Up-to-date knowledge of trends, slang, and expressions.
Strong English proficiency (preferred).
Comfortable with digital platforms and remote work.
Bonus: Experience in teaching, tutoring, or assessment.
