Key Responsibilities:

• Training Program Development:
  • Design and create training materials, resources, and presentations in Arabic for Forex trading platforms and tools.
  • Develop structured learning plans for beginners, intermediate, and advanced Forex learners.
  • Ensure that the content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Training Sessions:
  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to Arabic-speaking clients, partners, and employees on Forex market fundamentals, trading strategies, risk management, and technical analysis.
  • Tailor training delivery to different learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic).
  • Use both in-person and online platforms to reach a wider audience (webinars, workshops, one-on-one sessions).
• Support and Guidance:
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to Arabic-speaking traders on trading platforms, strategies, and market analysis tools.
  • Offer ongoing support and resolve any queries regarding Forex trading concepts and systems.
  • Monitor learner progress, assess individual performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to gauge understanding and ensure the effectiveness of training.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of the training materials and modify them based on feedback or market changes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that training content is aligned with customer acquisition strategies.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure that Arabic training materials are effectively integrated into trading platforms and applications.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the Forex industry, trading strategies, and market news to incorporate into training programs.
  • Attend relevant seminars, webinars, and industry events to keep your skills sharp and ensure that the training programs reflect current market conditions.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain clear records of training sessions, learner progress, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Prepare and present training reports to senior management, highlighting learner performance and training program outcomes.
