Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

To contribute to executing complete architectural design of all assigned projects in accordance with approved Company policies, operating guidelines, and procedures,s and ensure that all projects meet contracts’ budgets, time schedules, es and approved quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to executing design services to any assigned project effectively and efficiently under the supervision and guidance of the Design Manager and/or Senior/Project Architect.

  • Contribute to conceiving and developing architectural solutions to meet client requirements, regulations, codes, and standards,s and economy and adequacy for construction.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Requires relevant experience in almost all phases of design to all disciplines; i.e., architecture, structure, and engineering, including substantial and varied experience involving responsible planning and design of complex projects.

  • Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented architectural problems, determining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs, and developing standards and guidelines for diverse architectural activities.

  • Flexibility in terms of deployable hours and understanding the realities of time pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Shows a passion for design and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, fueling innovation.

  • Displays strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Exhibits strong proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, indicating technical proficiency.

  • Has a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects, highlighting a capacity for leadership and execution.

  • Holds a current architectural license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction, signifying professional competence.

  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluent English Speaker.
