Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed Architectural / Interior BIM models using Revit or other BIM software.

  • Prepare architectural and interior shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and clash-free models.

  • Interpret design drawings, sketches, and specifications to produce accurate BIM models and documentation.

  • Generate floor plans, sections, elevations, and interior detailing drawings from the BIM model.

  • Ensure that BIM models comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company standards.

  • Participate in model coordination and clash detection with other disciplines.

  • Update BIM models based on design revisions, site instructions, and consultant comments.

  • Produce construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models when required.

  • Maintain organized BIM files and ensure proper version control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support the design and BIM coordination team with technical modeling and documentation tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Architectural / Interior BIM Modeler in the construction or engineering industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture (knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage).

  • Good understanding of architectural and interior design detailing.

  • Experience in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

  • Familiarity with BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination processes.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate models and drawings.

  • Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.


Experience & Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Architectural / Interior BIM modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with Revit Architecture (Navisworks knowledge is a plus).

  • Experience with UAE / GCC projects preferred.

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
