Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of management experience in fast-casual or food service operations
- Proven experience managing multiple locations
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of health & safety, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
