Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively develop KONEs position brand awareness in distributor countries.
Identifying growth opportunities by building relationships with key customers in the assigned area.
Supports and develops KONEs position in his / her customer base or market area.
Create and track strategic sales growth targets with distributors.
Business planning and forecasting for the area.
Define and implement pricing policies for the distributors in line with unit targets.
Provide KONEs offering to new markets and segments.
Ensures customer satisfaction and reduces service lead time.
Lead direct and evaluate employee competence development in cooperation with the process managers.
Support contract negotiation with distributor and KONE legal team.
Attend to all requests from the distributor and ensure responses and solutions.
Manage / supervise the equipment delivery process.
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting.
Driving the execution of her / his individual sales plan.
Coach develop and manage direct reports to deliver strategic direction and support to distributor countries.

7 years of relevant working experience in sales management in a similar B2B industry.
Working closely within a distribution environment managing distributor business in related industries across the Middle East with a focus on growth.
Excellent understanding of value-selling techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence customers and colleagues.
Hands-on with the ability to work independently and propose alternatives and solutions.
Excellent English & Arabic language skills with French being an added advantage.
Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
