Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Alignment

  • Executive Mandate Execution: Translate the CEO's strategic directives into actionable plans for department heads and track their progress to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Act as the key liaison between the CEO and department heads (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations), resolving inter-departmental conflicts and ensuring seamless project coordination across the real estate development pipeline.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current operational workflows and management structures, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient policies to boost company-wide productivity and resource management.

2. High-Level Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Information Filter: Screen and prioritize communications (emails, calls, meeting requests) for the CEO, drafting high-stakes correspondence, and often acting as the first point of contact for external partners, government officials, and key investors.
  • Board & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for board meetings, executive reviews, and regulatory submissions, ensuring data accuracy and strategic clarity.
  • Key Client & VIP Engagement: Support the CEO in managing relationships with top-tier clients and investors, often representing the CEO at meetings or industry events as required.

3. Executive Support & Time Management

  • Agenda Management: Oversee and manage the CEO’s complex schedule, prioritizing meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring the CEO's focus remains on high-value strategic matters.
  • Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information—including financial data, project details, and personnel matters—with unwavering discretion and integrity.
  • Decision Support: Research and compile data on critical business decisions, preparing clear briefs and analysis to inform the CEO's final judgment on major investments, acquisitions, or strategic pivots.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial, Chief of Staff, or Executive Assistant role supporting a C-level executive, preferably within the Real Estate Development or a related capital-intensive industry in the UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) is strongly preferred.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and project lifecycle management is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    Exceptional political acumen and proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure executive environment.
    Superior verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in a key client language (e.g., Russian, Arabic) is a major asset.
    Mastery of financial analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics (KPIs).
    Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Personal Attributes: Unquestionable integrity, professionalism, proactive problem-solver, strategic thinker, and a diplomatic communicator capable of influencing without direct authority.
