Key Responsibilities:
Lead progressive billing and ensure accurate, timely invoicing aligned with project milestones
Manage accounts payable/receivable, treasury operations, and cash flow for multiple project sites
Oversee project-based accounting, cost tracking, and profitability assessments
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and provide audit support
Strengthen internal controls and enhance overall financial accuracy
Collaborate with project teams to forecast budgets and drive strong financial performance
Skills & Qualifications:
5 7 years of experience in construction finance, including 2 3 years in a supervisory position within the UAE
Proficient in Excel, SAP, and UAE VAT processes
Must hold a CA, ACCA, or CPA certification
Background with one of the Big 4 firms is a strong advantage
