Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in German and French, providing timely and effective solutions
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain detailed guest records and documentation using property management systems
- Assist in organizing guest activities, excursions, and special events
- Provide cultural orientation and local information to international guests
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions
- Support the Guest Relations Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards
- Contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and positive reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall guest satisfaction objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent proficiency in German and French (written and verbal); English proficiency required
- Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest backgrounds
- Proficiency with guest management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
- Preferred: Previous experience in a resort or hotel setting
- Preferred: Experience with multilingual guest services
