Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Preparing the absent card (labors cards).
Preparing the warehouse s absent.
Printing the attendance sheet.
Printing the punch list.
Labor s cards as data entry in system.
Warehouse s labor as data entry in system.
Preparing missing one type.
Checking labor s attendance during the day by using guards report.
Sick leaves and annual leaves in transaction.
Prepare resignation papers.
Review the attendance for drivers and regular employees regarding the payroll.
Meet the new candidate.
Precede the recruitment for acceptable candidates.
Filling all paper and documents related to labors and employees
