Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Work alongside the HR Manager in developing and executing people engagement initiatives.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, with a focus on Emiratization targets.
Ensure HR practices and processes align with UAE labour laws and organizational goals and Emiratization requirements.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of driving alignment across teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management.
Experience handling conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Demonstrated ability to enforce HR policies firmly and consistently.
Required Education and Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
