Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Assistant Manager Accounts in UAE.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, providing critical insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances and providing actionable recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-8 years of progressive experience in relevant field.
  • Proven experience in handling complex financial transactions and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS, with practical knowledge of tax laws and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle, along with advanced Excel skills.
