Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement logistics and warehouse management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and service performance.

  2. Lead a workforce of over 500 staff, establishing scalable team structures, SOPs, and performance metrics.

  3. Drive automation initiatives and deploy real-time tracking tools to improve delivery visibility, reliability, and customer experience.

  4. Manage vendor and 3PL relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure adherence to cost, quality, and delivery standards.

  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, supply chain, and planning teams to align logistics operations with business growth objectives.

  6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit standards across all distribution functions. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and efficiency.
