Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- The main purpose of this role is to lead the activities carried out by the Employee Relations and Welfare section.
 - Ensuring a smooth transition while handling, Disciplinary and Grievance matters, Employees exiting the organisation. Conceptualising and evolving all retention management initiatives across the company (Employee Welfare related activities, the company's Rewards and Recognition program)
 - Providing support to the Business units and employees with regards to the HR related policies and process and ensuring the sections policies are created and aligned.
 - Leading and managing the entire process of handling disciplinary and grievance cases across the company. Leasing with various stake holders BU heads, employees, security department and legal to ensure smooth transition of cases and alignment to the UAE law and the company’s policy.
 - Leading and managing all employee exits (i.e. – Leavers) are processed seamlessly in order to uphold the company's image across leavers. All exits such as Retirements, Resignations, Redundancy, Terminations, etc. to be managed.
 - Conceptualising and implementing and evolving the employee rewards and recognition program “Tamaiyuz” towards one of the Retention management initiatives.
 - Liaise with Business units and members of the top management to understand the business unit requirements and reiterate the expectations towards the successful implementation of the program.
 - Conceptualizing and implementing the Employee Welfare related activities through the year. Another retention management involving various activities and awareness programs ensuring the company TC staff welfare (e.g. – Staff annual Gala, Health related awareness etc.)
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Formal Education
University Degree or equivalent professional qualification (In HR or Psychology)
Work Experience
At least 5 years’ relevant experience, in handling Disciplinary and Grievances.
Two years in handling company events and welfare related activities.
