Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Implement and oversee employee onboarding programs that foster engagement and retention right from day one.
- Develop and maintain HR policies that align with organizational goals and comply with legal regulations, ensuring clarity and fairness.
- Conduct regular employee performance reviews and provide actionable feedback, helping to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment to ensure adaptability and efficiency.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred, showcasing commitment to professional development.
- Experience with HRIS systems, demonstrating technical proficiency in managing employee data and reporting.
