Roles & Responsibilities
About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Assistant Manager Housing/Social to join the resort s Staff Accommodation team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are

Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily housing operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and transportation services

Assist in planning and executing resident events, wellness programs, and cultural celebrations to enhance community engagement
-
Address resident concerns and service requests with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as needed
-
Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards
-
Coordinate with internal departments such as Facilities, Security, and HR to ensure seamless service delivery
-
Monitor room assignments, move-in/move-out processes, and occupancy levels to support efficient space utilization
-
Maintain accurate records for inventory, maintenance requests, and resident feedback
-
Supervise and support front-line staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards

Assist in emergency preparedness and response procedures

Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful living environment for all residents
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
- 1 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in housing, hospitality, or facility operations
- Experience in managing residential facilities or large-scale accommodations is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with housing/property management systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
