Assistant Manager, Public Relations (F&B) KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

About the role

As the Public Relations Assistant Manager, you will be a vital part of the department in driving the brand s overall awareness through public relations initiatives, whilst working to protect and enhance the reputation of Atlantis Dubai. By working closely with the PR Manager, the PR Assistant Manager will generate qualitative visibility for the destination across leading international markets, including but not limited to UK, France, Germany, and CIS Markets. The role will also have a specialty focus on supporting communications for all bars and restaurants across both properties. Our hotel brands in the region include Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal, as well as the world s largest waterpark, Aquaventure World, and over 51 restaurants and bars.

You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of driving the brands overall awareness in UK, France, Germany, and CIS Markets, as well as executing regional and international brand-building tactics for the food and beverage operation across the destination. This will include supporting brand building tactics for over 25 world class bars and restaurants including 10 by celebrity chefs including Nobu, Gordon Ramsay s Bread Street Kitchen, Hakkasan, FZN by Bjorn Frantzen, and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.

About you

The successful candidate must be passionate about food & beverage/nightlife and have prior experience in this field. You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in communications, corporate communications (in-house, in government, media company or at a PR agency).You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and have the ability to manage sensitive PR issues.This role would be perfect for a candidate looking to kick start their Public Relations and Communications career, with a unique opportunity to work with some of the world s leading entertainment and hospitality brands under destination Atlantis.
