Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales team performance by setting clear targets, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, develop targeted sales strategies, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance their skills and foster a high-performing sales culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing strategies.
