Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

5-10 years of experience in sales planning, sales analysis, or business development.

Experience in UAE market is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution sector.

Knowledge of CRM systems and ERP software.

MBA or relevant certification is an advantage.
