Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This position is not suited to candidates from purely corporate or operational procurement backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support tender development activities in coordination with project, commercial, and estimation teams

  • Prepare and manage pre-contract documentation, tender submissions, and bid evaluations

  • Conduct commercial, cost, and risk analysis to support pricing strategies and margin protection

  • Assist with contract administration during the pre-award phase, ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial requirements

  • Coordinate tender queries and clarifications across internal stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of live tender packages and submissions

  • Support reporting on tender outcomes, awards, and commercial performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in project procurement, tendering, or pre-contract roles

  • Strong exposure to:

    • Tender development and bid management

    • Contract administration (pre-award)

    • Cost analysis, commercial evaluation, and risk assessment

  • Experience working closely with project teams (construction, engineering, or development environments preferred)

  • Proficiency in tender management systems

  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI exposure is a plus

  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
