Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Maintain and update uniform stock records using Uniform Management Systems.

  • Track issuance, returns, and adjustments across all departments.

  • Assist in forecasting uniform needs based on staffing levels.

  • Assist in procurement activities, liaise with suppliers, and monitor delivery schedules.

  • Monitor delivery schedules and quality of uniform materials

  • Assist in evaluating vendor performance and cost-effectiveness

  • Coordinate fittings for new hires and existing staff, ensuring proper sizing and comfort.

  • Ensure proper sizing and comfort during distribution

  • Maintain records of uniform allocations

  • Assist in implementing cleaning, repair, and replacement procedures

  • Monitor uniform condition, schedule inspections, and manage timely replacements.

  • Support timely replacement of worn or damaged items

  • Track uniform-related expenses and assist in budget planning

  • Prepare usage and inventory reports for management review

  • Assist in enforcing uniform standards and guidelines aligned with health, safety, and branding requirements.

  • Assist in creating and updating SOPs and policies for uniform operations.

  • Supervise and mentor the uniform control team, supporting succession planning and performance management.

  • Coordinate with laundry and other departments to ensure uniform quality.

  • Safeguard confidential employee information and uniform records.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in high-volume wardrobe operations preferably with automated conveyor and UHF RFID uniform management systems, housekeeping, or inventory management.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a solid administrative background and advanced proficiency in inventory management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Strong people management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/budget management.
