Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and blogs, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all assets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
