Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Assistant – Public Relations (Typing Specialist) to support our Government Relations function by preparing and processing all required documentation through UAE government portals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with visa processing, labour and immigration documentation, and other government-related typing requirements within the UAE.
1. Government Documentation & Typing
- Prepare and type all documents required for UAE government authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, RTA, DED, and other relevant portals.
- Draft and process applications for visas, labour contracts, work permits, Emirates IDs, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all typed documents with UAE government standards and regulations.
2. Portal Management
- Efficiently navigate and operate government portals such as:
- MOHRE
- GDRFA
- ICA
- Amer
- Tasheel
- Tawjeeh
- Dubai Trade
- RTA
- Dubai Economy (DED)
- Track application statuses and ensure timely completion.
3. Support to PRO / GR Team
- Coordinate with the PRO for submission, collection, and follow-up of documents.
- Prepare documentation for licensing, company establishment, renewals, and modifications.
- Manage data entry, filing, and database accuracy of all government-related transactions.
4. Compliance & Record Management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Organise and maintain digital and physical records of all processed applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in typing and documentation within the UAE, preferably in a corporate or PRO services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government processes, labour law, immigration procedures, and online systems.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English typing.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
