Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing vendors and suppliers, evaluating their capabilities to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Support the preparation and issuance of RFQs and RFPs, meticulously documenting all communication and bids received.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies.
  • Monitor purchase orders and track deliveries, proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies to maintain project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) is preferred.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.

  • Has proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems.

  • Exhibits excellent negotiation and communication skills.
