About the location:

What You Will Do
- Support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations.
- Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
- Oversee inventory management and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a French or fine dining setting.
- Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of French cuisine and wine pairing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in at least two international languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
