Assistant Sales Manager Ghobash Group

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE food industry, targeting manufacturers and catering sectors.

• Manage and grow existing client portfolios by providing technical support and tailored ingredient solutions.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on food trends, competitor pricing, and emerging ingredient technologies.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with clients to ensure profitable sales growth.

• Collaborate with the R&D and Quality departments to assist clients in product formulation and sampling.

• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and resolve supply chain issues.

• Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts department for timely collections.

• Review sales processes and recommend modifications to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
