Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role within the catering / hotel / FMCG / retail industry.
Good communication (English & Hindi).
Skilled in stock control, FIFO methods, and record-keeping.
