Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

He works closely with the front office manager, overseeing the front desk and managing the receptionist team and OneTouch while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Here is an overview of the main responsibilities:

  • Provide front office supervision in collaboration with the front office manager
  • Ensuring a successful customer experience
  • Handle customer complaints and respond to their specific needs.
  • Ensure compliance with and proper application of ACCOR standards and procedures
  • Participate in the check-in/check-out process, if needed.
  • Monitor the achievement of objectives
  • To train and develop your team in order to guarantee sustainable performance
  • Ensuring the flow of information with other departments
  • Co-hosting morning briefings with the Front Office Manager
  • Optimize revenue through upselling
  • Respond to customer complaints, or transfer them to the relevant department.
  • Supervise cash handling and till management
  • Control and monitoring of ALL customer point credits
  • Participate in the recruitment of ALL clients
  • Populate the customer preferences database
  • Participate in the strategy adopted by the ACCOR group and the owner
  • Contribute to improving the hotel's RPS score
  • Responding to and managing customer complaints
  • Adhere to the internal standards and procedures of the ACCOR group and the owner.
  • To directly ensure customer satisfaction and support his team
