Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A key objective of the Associate Account Director is to assist the Managing Director and Board of Directors in further growing digitalfarm, while helping to build a team capable of continually progressing the organization.
The Associate Account Director must be prepared to take on a large capacity of work, be a seasoned professional in the digital marketing industry, and be prepared to go further than any other member of the digitalfarm team to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Team management
- Client management
- RFP responses
- Social media strategy development
- Lead team meetings
- Report to the MD
- Concept and campaign planning
- Copywriting Eng/Ar
- Calendar development
- Team training (social media)
- Quality control (social media)
- Social media team development
- Social media team evaluation
- Social media team performance monitoring
- Social media team traffic management
- Any other related tasks as requested by Directors
