Roles & Responsibilities
EXECUTION OF CLIENT CONSULTING PROJECTS:
-
The role holder is a senior member of the advisory team and carries the responsibility of executing client consulting projects with high client satisfaction. To this end, the role holder also contributes to the overall revenue targets for client consulting work delivered for the year.

The projects range from HR Capability Building to People Manager Talent Assessments and Development to HR Process Consulting. The role holder is expected to have subject matter knowledge and expertise and provide thought leadership on these projects, including but not limited to, solution development, learning content creation, tool/framework creation, and facilitation.

While the role holder has the support of a team and/or external subject matter experts/facilitators, the ultimate responsibility for project execution as per agreed scope and to customer satisfaction rests with the role holder. As such, project management and reporting, as well as the ability to multi-task and lead multiple client engagements without slippage in quality and time commitments, is critical.
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

The role holder has key involvement in need analysis and solution design for prospects (in partnership with the business development team).

Role involves overseeing and/or creating proposals and pitch documents along with cost sheets for prospects.

An inherent part of this ask is thorough command and understanding of all products and services offered by the firm (not limited to advisory solutions only includes Membership, Certifications, Conferences, Marketing Events, Research, and Academic Solutions).
REPRESENTING THE COMPANY'S THOUGHT LEADERSHIP:

The role holder should be able to represent the company's thought leadership on aspects of work/worker/workplace in various forums like webinars/round-tables/conference sessions.

This lends itself to being well-read and articulate on such topics and being aware and aligned with global and local thought leadership.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

Operational aspects of the job include managing budgets for respective client projects including external subject matter expert/facilitator pay-outs and supporting the sales team to reduce outstanding for mapped clients.

Additionally, team management and leadership for own and parallel teams in the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Postgraduate in HR from a reputed University/College; however, an HR Certification will be an added bonus. Preferably certified in a recognized HR professional standard.
8-15 years in project management, talent assessment, and development (including but not limited to design and delivery of learning programs) is desired.
Good organization skills, strong reasoning and analytical ability, high energy and logical thinking, clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation in both Arabic and English).
