Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a central role in decision-making, navigating contractual challenges, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining momentum across all stages of delivery. This position suits someone who combines strong leadership with a hands-on approach able to build relationships, influence outcomes, and consistently deliver against demanding project objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead the post-contract delivery of a large-scale luxury residential development, ensuring performance against scope, programme, and budget.
  • Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP), defining delivery strategy, key milestones, resource planning, and performance metrics.
  • Establish and maintain robust project governance, including clear structures for reporting, communication, and decision-making.
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement strategies, and the appointment and management of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain full commercial oversight, monitoring budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial control across the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change, implementing effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Drive quality assurance across all stages of delivery, ensuring compliance with design intent, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across both site and office functions.
  • Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, key risks, and strategic opportunities.
  • Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement across project delivery and wider business operations.
  • Support business development activities, enhancing Omnium s profile through successful project delivery and client engagement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years total experience in construction project management, including substantial time operating in a lead PM role, with a proven track record delivering large-scale building projects through the post-contract phase to completion.
  • Proven experience within the UAE construction market, with a clear understanding of local regulations, stakeholders, and delivery practices.
  • Demonstrable PMC / consultancy-side experience on high-value luxury residential or hospitality developments (AED 1bn+).
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maintain financial oversight across complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract administration, with the ability to confidently navigate contractual challenges and drive effective outcomes.
  • Technically robust, with a solid understanding of design, construction methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
  • Confident, proactive, and assertive approach, with the ability to lead from the front and drive performance across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, influence decisions, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A collaborative leadership style, combined with a hands-on approach to delivery in a fast-paced, high-profile project environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 15 years total experience in construction project management, including substantial time operating in a lead PM role, with a proven track record delivering large-scale building projects through the post-contract phase to completion.

Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

MRICS (Project Management pathway) or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
