Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads into high-value business setup deals. Expert Advisory: Provide expert consultation on UAE company formation, including Mainland (DED), Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions. Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to final license issuance, ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded. Market Navigation: Advise on legal structures (LLC, Branch, Sole Prop), business activities, and compliance requirements (VAT, Corporate Tax, AML). Government Liaison: Collaborate with our PRO team to navigate DED, Chamber of Commerce, and Free Zone authorities (e.g., IFZA, DMCC, DAFZ). Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs and corporate investors, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services industry. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the differences between Mainland and Free Zone setups, including ownership laws and office requirements. Closing Skills: A hunter mentality with a "closing" mindset—able to handle objections and negotiate complex contracts. Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal). Multilingual skills (Arabic, French, or Russian) are a massive advantage. Network: An existing network of partners or potential clients in the UAE is preferred.
