Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a young but experienced individual Maintenance Engineer Manager with qualifications and experience in the dairy sector, in particular the milk, ice cream and yogurt industry. Experience in any other field mentioned in the Company Profile will be an added bonus. Candidate should have the ability to manage a production team effectively and have good management and communication skills and be a team player in a Company that believes heavily on team work and dedication. Core Responsibilities include: Train, Develop and Lead Team, Manage Breakdown, Plan and Execute Preventive Maintenance Programs Manage and Order Spare Parts Inventory & Cost Management. The applicant must have good speaking and written English and have advanced computer skills to use Outlook, Word, Excel and any ERP System and work in a busy work environment. Responsibilities include:
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills:
The person should have knowledge of various equipment used in Ice Cream Industry and general dairy equipment and ancillary equipment.
He should have experience in controlling inventory of equipment and spare parts
Cost optimization and coordination skills to maintain optimal and continues efficiency in operation.
Should understand quality related aspects in Dairy Industry.
Ability of high analytical & problem-solving skills to act quick during break down to ensure minimal down time
Strong Reporting and Analysis skills
Should have an innovative mind for developing new solutions to mechanical problems
Should understand quality related aspects in Dairy Industry.
Experience & knowledge for ISO certification or equivalent (FSMS/FSSC/BRC)
