Roles & Responsibilities
� Job Vacancy: Maintenance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations for plant and equipment in the Ready-mix concrete industry, ensuring maximum operational reliability and full compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance activities.
Identify, analyze, and resolve faults and breakdown problems efficiently.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve overall plant reliability.
Schedule and supervise planned and unplanned maintenance work.
Prepare spare parts lists and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Monitor and control maintenance costs, and prepare monthly performance reports.
Ensure strict safety compliance in all maintenance activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proven experience in maintenance management within industrial operations.
Hands-on experience with:
Readymix batching plants
Ice plants
Sand washers
Concrete block production
Rebar cutting and bending
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Experience in budget management and cost control.
Preferred: Local transfer candidates.
